Please be aware that version 4.9.4 of UsersOnline requires DNN 4.9.4

depending on your settings, you might need to wait up to double the time specified in host settings until a user sows up in the list.

Also, can you verify that the scheduler job is running and what it's settings are? Is the scheduler disabled?

Thanks, I figured it out! The scheduler was set to request method, I changed it to timer and it works!

please be aware, that timer mode may not work in all situations.
