Hi All,

I just installed the Users Online Module and I am able to see this:

Membership:
Latest New User Latest: jlpg
New Today New Today: 1
New Yesterday New Yesterday: 1
User Count Overall: 4

I can't see anyone who is online though. I have created several makeshift accounts and logged them in to test and all I see is this:

People Online People Online:
Visitors Visitors: 0
Members Members: 0
Total Total: 0

Online Now Online Now:

I have double checked the settings, and they are set to show users online. Am I missing something? What do I need to configure in order to view who is online?

Which version of the module are you using?

Did you not disable UsersOnline in Host Settings?

Be aware that it might take some minutes, until users show up.

if oyu are logged is as Host, you might not be included in the list yourself.

Also, what version of DotNetNuke are you running? If your running 4.9.4 or higher there is a newer version of UsersOnline that can help with common issues related to configuration.

Ok, I checked the host settings and I had it disabled. I can now see that I am logged in as the host. However, I logged in as a test account on a different computer and have been waiting about 10 minutes and I've yet to see that account show up...any suggestions?
