I've used this module in some intranets where people has different levels of access and where there are a couple of different groups of people with disjoint roles. An interesting feature would be to only display information for users in the same roles as the current user (not sure if it's possible).

Another interesting idea would be to filter out which roles you don't want to be displayed on the module. For example, I don't want my "admin" or "host" accounts listed on the who's online section.

Alternatively we could add the roles that should be included, instead of the ones that should be excluded.

These are excellant ideas Vincenc, I'm forming up a document now  with the list of potential enhancements.

I  haven't had any volunteers for assistance in this project yet, so if anyone wants to help out, please let me know.
