I am a newby superuser in 5.1.4 coming from 4.3.5.
I have checked Host, Advanced Settings, Enable Users Online?
What happens now, or where can I find the documentation?

It will show you the users who are Currently Logged in your Site.

You can download the documention from the Download section of the DotnetNuke Site.

Hi PJBW,

This will enable the core users online functions to operate. Which is used by the module as well. Places like the users management will display who's online. If you want the module to also work you will next need to install it. I can be found in host/extensions then in the action menu select install available extensions and select users online.

Hi, I am a newbie Superuser/Admin I am having the same issue. It is a new site and the new members seems to be working but users/visitors online seems to always be displaying zero. What am I doing wrong? The settings seem ok and I checked the time settings mentioned in this thread and reset my portal time to my hosting time. I am using 5.2.3 DN with Users online 5.1.0.

Any help would be appreciated.
