I'm seeing some very inconsistent results from OnlineUsers. Sometimes it works fine and other times it does not purge or update for hours at a time.

I have my schedule set to purge every 10 minutes. I have Users Online enabled in Host settings.

The log indicates all "success" but the last 4 entries all have the same Last Run and Next Run which are both over an hour ago.

The actual UsersOnline table is also only showing data up to about an hour ago.

Selecting "Run Now" from the scheduler also seems to fail, but the log does not indicate failure.

What can I do to diagnose/fix this problem?
