Would it possible to add rating/comments (like in the Wiki module) so that each page added using the IFrame module in my portal could get a rating/comments?

 I don't think, that this is a commonly needed feature for iFrame. There are a couple of free and commercial 3rd party comments and ratings modules you might want to check out.
