How do I accomplish using an ftp://206.123.456.78 url in an iframe.

I noticed a past post that mentioned adding ftp to the regex validator.

Q1. Where is the regex validator so that i can change this and add ftp to it?

Q2. What do i need to do to use an ip address as the url?

Thanks,

Mike.

Ok... I removed the regex validator from the iframe edit ascx and that allowed the ftp ip address to be entered as a valid url.

I was hoping to use the iframe for drag and drop ftp however it doesn't allow me to drop files onto it as if it was in a separate browser. Also when viewing with IE the iframe always goes to page cannot be displayed when it tries to load the ftp address into the iframe. When i look on the server at the ftp connections it's trying to login as anonymous rather than prompting for a user name and password like it does when navigating to the ftp url in a separate browser. In firefox it prompts for username and password and all is well except for drag and drop file uploading.

Does anyone know why this is and if there is any way I can fix this?

Mike.
