When installing the module I got a 'collation' error. The error occurs when trying to create the stored procedure GetMedia:

System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Cannot resolve the collation conflict between "Latin1_General_CI_AI" and "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" in the equal to operation.

I have resolved this by manually adding the stored procedure, I ran the following command in a query-window:

CREATE PROCEDURE dbo.GetMedia
 @ModuleId INT
AS
 SELECT m.ModuleID,
 'Src' = CASE WHEN srcf.FileName IS NULL THEN m.Src collate SQL_Latin1_general_CP1_CI_AS ELSE srcf.Folder + srcf.FileName END,
 m.Alt,
 m.Width,
 m.Height,
 'NavigateUrl' = CASE WHEN navf.FileName IS NULL THEN m.NavigateUrl collate SQL_Latin1_general_CP1_CI_AS ELSE navf.Folder + navf.FileName END,
 UrlTracking.NewWindow,
 UrlTracking.TrackClicks
FROM Media AS m
LEFT OUTER JOIN Files AS srcf ON m.Src = 'fileid=' + CONVERT(VARCHAR, srcf.FileID)
LEFT OUTER JOIN Files AS navf ON m.NavigateUrl = 'fileid=' + CONVERT(VARCHAR, navf.FileID)
LEFT OUTER JOIN UrlTracking ON m.NavigateUrl = UrlTracking.Url collate SQL_Latin1_general_CP1_CI_AS and UrlTracking.ModuleId = @ModuleID
WHERE m.ModuleId = @ModuleId

The reason of the error is that one callation isz case sensative:

In the stored procedure you see mistakes by the DNN programmers against casing!

The last 2 lines for example:

UrlTracking.ModuleId = @ModuleID
WHERE m.ModuleId = @ModuleId

I had the same error in stored procedure:

GetTabPermissionsByPortal

If you correct casing error or change the collation of your server, then it will be solved. To change the collation from the database is not enough.
