Do you have any other errors or troubleshooting information you can offer? Does ANYTHING else happen when you try to click Update?

But do you have any troubleshooting information that can help us try to get your problem solved?  Any errors shown on the site?  Any related errors in the event log?  Any other contributing errors or behaviors in the site?
