I was trying out the Alpha version of Media for the MP4 support.  Works nice by the way.   But now it crippled the OWS applications.  Log viewer shows an error.
Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=1.3.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=3a8242ef4a71fefa' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

I am not sure what kind of dependency this has with Media module or if it is just a weird coincidence.   I am trying a restore in my dev environment right now.  If you  know of an easier fix please let me know.

Thanks.

Ok I can see the problem now.  I guess I will send a request to the OWS folks and see if there is an upgrade coming.  That's a shame though.  I really needed the MP4 support but OWS is more important to us right now.

OWS version of Json is 1.3.0
Media module version is 3.5.0

What was the problem?  By the way, there are viable alternatives to OWS.  A couple are linked below.
