FYI... This is now an issue in codeplex, but I still cannot fix this unless I know the condition on how to reproduce it.  :(

Were any of you running on the alpha release, by any chance?  It would also be helpful to know your DB schema for the Media table before upgrading to Media v04.00.00.

I also had not used the media module before but I have a bit more info for you. I managed to repair the media module by uninstalling it completely and reinstalling version 3.3.0 but even after uninstalling I still get the same errors when I attempt to install version 4.0.0 which then brakes v3.3.0. I am also having problems with the new version of razorhost and upon uninstalling this it broke my site completely and I had to restore from backup. I'm going to run through the upgrade again today and will continue to try and gather more information for you to help resolve the issue.

bit more info for you. not sure if will help or not. I just tried to install media version 4 on my DNN 5.6.2 before upgrading to DNN 5.6.3. same problem with install and it also breaks the version 3.3.0 media module that I installed on a page with the following error. if I now uninstall the module and reinstall version 3.3.0 it works again.
