Hi,

  I cannot upload mp4 to my dnn.  I have gone to host->host setting to add mp4.  But I still get the following message:

File type mp4 is not valid in this context. Valid File Types Include: jpg,jpeg,jpe,gif,bmp,png,swf,.swf,.avi,.wmv,.midi,.wav,.asx,.mp3,.mpeg,.asf,.wma,.ram,.rpm,.rm,.mov,.qt,.mp4

I am using dnn 6 and media 4

I don't have a preceeding "."


Here is my allowable file extensions:
swf,jpg,jpeg,jpe,gif,bmp,png,doc,docx,xls,xlsx,ppt,pptx,pdf,txt,xml,xsl,xsd,css,zip,template,htmtemplate,ico,avi,mpg,mpeg,mp3,mp4,wmv,mov,wav

The list in the module and in Host Settings are not directly connected.  The Host Settings should have the appropriate MP4 entry like the rest of the extensions.  Then, in the module, you shouldn't have to do anything else.  It should just work, as long as the Host Settings are saved prior.
