I need help with the above topic, all the PDF files i have uploaded

the links opens up in a blank page.

What can i do about this?

There is a known bug with links to PDF files....both in the Links module, Documents module and using "pages" that link directly to the PDF.  The issue is in the core of DNN, and not a specific module.

Change the link to use a URL and enter the fully-qualified URL that points to that file (eg, http://www.mysite.com/portals/16/pdf/mypdf.pdf).
