I'm seeing a strange behavior on my links module.  When I put text in the description box of the link settings, and when a user clicks on the elipses aside the link to see the description, any module on the same page that has Visibility set to None will have the infamous broken image icon where the small collapse "minus button" icon would be if the module had the Visibility set to Maximize or Minimize.  Anyone else seeing this behavior?  It might be something in my skin, but I don't know.  Any feedback on this would be appreciated.

Well, I discovered it's not just the links module that causes this.  I'm going to post this in the core area because it happens in all modules that have some sort of action link within it.
