The project modules are independant of DNN releases, therefore their version numbers may vary. 3.3 is the latest version. We will try to duplicate this issue ASAP and get it reported.

OK. I do have 3.3 loaded and have also ran into another problem.

File not found errors when creating a File type of Link. The file is a pdf. I uploaded the file in the Links module (Upload New File) and I also tried to updload a file using filemanager then selecting the file from the drop down list (File Name:).

In both cases when the Link is clicked, I get a File Not Found error. The Links table and the Files table are correct in that they both point to the correct file. I can also create a hyperlink in a Text\HTML module and the file downloads fine (I tested this to make sure it was not a permissions problem).

I believe the problem is related to the filename. If there are any spaces in the file name, I get the File Not Found Error. If I rename the file and remove the spaces (e.g. change 'Data Sheet.pdf' to Data_Sheet.pdf' then it links\downloads correctly.

I still cannot edit any Links. I can create Links, or I can delete\modify records in the Links table (via Enterprise Manager) and things seem to work ok. Definitely something in the module not working correctly.

Ok, I just tried this on DNN 3.3.2 using Links module version 3.3.0. I am not seeing the same issue at all. I was able to create, delete, and edit links without issue. i did not have a file to test with for spaces though.

I have a few sites that are coming up this weekend so I will get 3.3.3 and 4.3.3 installed ASAP and see if I can verify this issue (not that I doubt what you are seeing or saying). I will get back to you either this weekend or on Monday about what was found.

Any update on this issue? I have a 4.3.4 install with this problem. Does it affect only v4 installs? If not is there a workaround or a fix coming?

I had the exact same problem with my DotNetNuke 3.3.4 and Links module 3.3 installation. I did not have problems, however, with my DotNetNuke 4.0.3 and Links module 3.3 installation.

I did delete the Links 3.3 from DotNetNuke 3.3.4 and installed a copy of Links 3.1 from an older DotNetNuke installation and now everything seems to work as advertised.
