Is there a way to display the page title instead of the page name when Links is configured as a Menu?

Thanks..

Hi Jeff,

Correct me if i am wrong, You want to display page titles in the menu bar rather than page name.

The menu bar picks up only the page names and In my knowledge there is no way we can place page titles there.
Try can keeping page name and title same.

Cheers..!!!

Jeff,

it seems this is not possible with the Links module.

@Amit: I don't think that Jeff is trying to change the menu, but the text for the link in the DNN Links module.

Best wishes
Michael

I would like to have the links module in a  left-side pane of a page and display the subpages for a certain department.

And instead of CustHome as a link item, I'd like the link module to display Customer Home.

Thanks..

Jeff,

this is not possible with the DNN Links module, as it only displays the page names, not the titles. You may suggest this in the Discussions section of the project site (http://dnnlinks.codeplex.com).

Best wishes
