When reporting an issue that has been seen, please make sure to include the following information:

  • DNN Version Number
  • Links module Version Number
  • Trust level (most shared installs will be Medium Trust)
  • Server Operation System (if known)
  • Steps to reproduce the issue

This will help for testing purposes. If we do not have the steps to reproduce the issue, then we will ask you to provide this before we can research it.
