I researched this for a day and found no posts in the forums about it. I am attempting to change, turn off or hide the UTC/GMT timezone display on my RSS feeds using an XSL stylesheet. Please let me know if you have any advise on how to modify the output to display EST or how to hide the timezone/timestamp completely.

Example timezone output using smart-thinker event module:

  • Fri, 16 Nov 2007 12:00:00 UT

Example timezone output using DNN Blog:

  • Posted on Wed, 14 Nov 2007 03:12:55 GMT

Desired result:

  • Posted on Wed, 14 Nov 2007 3:30PM EST

or

  • Posted on Wed, 14 Nov 2007 3:30PM
