I have an RSS feed that is programatically generated by my site and is customized for each user. I'd like to use the news feed to consume this module using links such as this:

http://www.awalkthroughtheword.com/c2it/rss/readingplan.aspx?userid=1

http://www.awalkthroughtheword.com/c2it/rss/readingplan.aspx?userid=2

http://www.awalkthroughtheword.com/c2it/rss/readingplan.aspx?userid=3

Is there a way to incorporate the currently logged on User's ID to the URL of the feed being consumed by the module?

(I can account for what happens if no one is logged on)

As iwonder said, the XML/XSL module allows you to pass the logged-in user's USERID as a querystring parameter. 

Optionally, if you're simply providing a link (a "subscribe" link, for instance) and don't need to do XSL transforms then the TEXT/HTML module allows you to insert USERID in a link as follows:

   <a href="http://somesite.com/somefeed?userid=[User:UserID]">
     Here's your custom feed link!
   </a>
