I hope this is a REALLY simple question.  I'm new to DNN.  I am trying to hook up a Blog Module entry to the News Module.  Entries show up, but they're inside a red box that is labeled Visible By Administrators Only

I though this would be solved by just setting All Users Read Access on the Blog Module, but that didn't seem to do it.  What am I missing??

Thanks

you have to grant read permission to designated roles for the whole page as well (set in page settings)!

Sebastian, your site does not work:

DotNetNuke Upgrade Error

The Assembly Version ( [ASSEMBLYVERSION] ) does not match the Database Version ( [DATABASEVERSION] )

ERROR: Could not connect to database.

SQL Server does not exist or access denied.

Mariette,

thank you for notifying. The UPS of a network switch had gone down and after restoring, DotNetNuke site did not regain access to the database, until we restart IIS. I am not sure, if this is an ASP.Net or DotNetNuke problem, classic ASP sites reconnected without issues.
