I am running lastest version 4.4.1, we upgraded from version 4.34. when I reloaded the new version of the survey, the module would crash when you hit the update link after creating your questions.  I uninstalled (check the delete all files) and reinstalled the module and all works fine.

QUESITON: this is probably a silly quesiton but, can you clear a survey, set everything back to 0? Can you edit questions?  The only way I can see to do this is delte the existing module and add a new one on the page, basically starting from scratch, am I missing something.  I went through help ad didnt see this issue addressed.

Reason:

Question choose the top 5 names from this list:list contains about 25 names, Then based on answers you narrow the choices to 10 and you want to delete the other choices and set them back to 0 and rerun the survey.

QUESTION:

You want to allow multiple selections but no more than 5, is this possible?
