Hi,

I am using DNN 4.5.5 and just installed the survey module. When I go to submit my survey choice I get this module load exception:

InnerException: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: index
FileName:

Method: System.Web.UI.ControlCollection.get_Item
StackTrace:
Message: DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Please log in as Host and go to the SQL page (from the Host Tab). Enter the following queries (one at a time and clik execute each time) and post the results:

select * from Surveys

select * from SurveyResults

select * from SurveyOptions

In the first table you do not have a value for View Order. Can you put a zero in the field and see if it fixes the problem.?
