I have used the following settings on a survey:

Survey Results =  PUBLIC

Vote Tracking = 1 Vote/Registered User

When I am not logged into the site, I cannot vote.  The choices are there, but there is no vote button at the bottom, just a message reading

"You must sign in to vote in this survey."

Also, I cannot view the results.  There is no "View Results" link.

If I have the survey results set to Public, shouldn't the module default to the "results" screen if I am not logged in?  If so, I can I fix this?

There is a new version in the relase tracker that should fix this. Hopefully it will be released in the next 30 days.
