I can't believe that this is an issue. That should have been found in the first 5 minutes of testing. I also found that you can't hide a survey and show another. This module has very little functionality, much less than anyone would consider workable. Also, try to delete a survey answer by selecting it from the list you created, it will always delete the first one, not the one you have selected. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help test out a new version if it comes out.

I can assure you that the Survey module is being used by many, many sites.
I won't try to defend it for how great a module it is, but it's not as if it's not useable.

There were a few enhancements made, and couple bugs fixed for the next release.

Send me an e-mail to the address in my profile if you would like to try it out.

I think I get the idea now, you have to delete the previous module and insert a new one to work around the existing cookie, that will fix the cookie issue and allow a user to answer more than one survey. Kind of weird but it works!

That is correct.  There isn't currently any reset options in the survey, and it stores the moduleid as part of the cookie in case there is more than one survey on a page.  You probably wouldn't want to have to delete all the questions and change them to new ones to start a new survey anyway.

One thing that confuses this a little is that the action item on the menu says "Add Survey", but you are really adding/editing questions.  The module itself is the survey.

A way to save your results would be to move the module to a different page and set permissions accordingly, then add a new module for a new survey.
