To display the great features of the former NSurvey DNN module we should have been able to forward you to the original sourcesite Nsurvey.org. However they no longer supply new and free versions of their great product. The last release v.1.8 can be downloaded from FWS Dotnetnukes. It works fine with the DNN 2.* and 3.* versions.

As an example of how usefull the NSurvey module can still be, we have a working 1.8 module active.

The Dutch Dierenwetenschap site (Animal Welfare Science ) is requesting people to fill out a survey on Dogs eating excrements (****). The results of the survey will be used by Wageningen University (WUR) for scientific research into this unwanted behaviour.

An international English version of the "Dogs eating Excrements" (coprofagy) survey is there for you to take part in on the test & demo site of Dotnetnukes.com. The survey can be found at: dnn2.dotnetnukes.com

Just check it out and make your contribution to a possible solution to this strange and unwanted behaviour of dogs
Equally important, make your voice heard to make the Nsurvey module a Core project of Dotnetnuke!

Hi,

I got Nsurvey downloaded and installed.  I don't see any .cs files.  The reason was that I'm getting this error:  MinMax persistance type of cookie requires a ModuleId.  I'm not sure if this will fix it or not but some of the files call for an .cs file and I don't see any cs file in the zip that I downloaded.

Please let me know what I should do.

Thanks in advance.

nSurvey is not a core module.  Are you talking about the core Survey module or nSurvey from http://nSurvey.org?

Hi there,

First of all to avoid further confusions Fws Dotnetnukes is in no way related or affiliated to Dotnetnuke other than through it's subject matter: the open source webportal & cms. The downloads at Fws Dotnetnukes are a collection of freely available modules on the internet.

Questions about the quality of the downloads you'd better ask at the Fws Dotnetnukes site.

Concerning the .cs files, they are not missing and cannot be the cause of your errors. .cs files are part of the sourcecode of a module and are compiled into dll's when the Private Assembly is created. It's the PA you tried to install, so you don't need any .cs.

Hope this gets you any further.

Regards,
FwsMaster
