I have a client that says their survey module is not working the way it was before I upgraded the site to 5.6.1 - Can you lend any inaight to the following:

Survey is located bottom left:

1) When the survey is submitted it will remove the question and display instead "You have already participated" - they are stating that the module would still display the qustion and if you tired to submit again it would stop you. In the setting this is being tracked via a cookie. They also claim that if you clear your borwser history and cache (cookies) - this is still displayed. Any thoughts?

2) When you export the result data to the CSV file the excel file is empty. It has the column headers but no actual data. Any thoughts here?

How can I fix the above items? Is there a way to completely remove the module and it's settings and start from scratch? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I completely uninstalled the module and reinstalled it. The public and private functions now work correctly.
