Dear All 
When i tried to save the survey template in dnn 6.0 its unable to update any thing in the template, i tried many time but every time the default template came back. 

I have already installed the module 2 to 3 time but no luck. If any one have an idea please reply me back 

Note: the same thing happened on my local development pc and online deployment server
