I've looked at the Survey and it looks like you can do one survey per ModuleID. Is there a way we can abstract away from that? So with this current design the ModuleID column is actually the "ID of the Survey" and the SurveyID column is actually the "ID of the Question". The column names are confusing and misleading.

In the Survey Table can we change it so SurveyID is the actual ID of the survey and add a QuestionID which is the ID of the Question and then also have a ModuleID and perhaps CategoryID. This way in the future when expanding you could have a group of surveys within each survey instance and a user could choose which one to take.

Right now it is one survey per module.  The previous version did make it kind of confusing when you were adding questions to the survey though, because it said "Add Survey".  This has been changed in the latest version (3.3) which is available in the latest download.

Now the module is the survey, and you can add questions to it.

To save the results of old survey, just move the module to a page where it only visible to those you want to see the results.

Michael has some great ideas for moving forward, and this all may change, but I just wanted to point out that how it works now is a little better then it was before 3.3 was released.

Thanks for the clarification. I am looking at the code today but I hadn't noticed that change yet :)
