Hi, (at least) in the nifty template there are icons displayed near the doc title that relate to the type of doc. I noticed when I put a Word doc in for example that a Word icon appears there. However when I put a PDF doc in the repository a generic icon appears. Is there one available for PDFs? And how can it be set up to display?

You'll have to search throw the Repository posts but someone did make up an icon pack. If you want to make your own basically you need a .png file with a transparent background named extenstion.png (pdf.png in this case) and it gets put in the DesktopModules/Repository/Images/icons directory.
