For the moment, I did not have any reply from the core repository team. They are on holidays I think, usually answer are much faster.

Hi

I found the issue, What happened was that in some point in time I copied the page that had my repository and dashboard modules loaded on it, changed a few layout related issues, liked what i did, and decided to go with the new page and deleted the original page. At first glance everything was ok, but the dahsboard links was never updated with the new tabID when i copied the page, it still pointed to the original tabID. I eventually had to create a new page with a new repository and dashboard, and re-load all the tools in my repository and now its working fine.

Thanks for the help, hopefully someone esle has the same issue and finds this post usefull.
