You'll have to contact GoDaddy support and ask them why the GDI library is not available

They said it (gdiplus.dll) is where it's supposed to be located, and told me to check my permissions on the site. I'm not aware of any file or folder permissions that would make any difference.

No luck yet. I have been back and forth with Godaddys incompetent technical support for the duration of a few weeks, and no progress yet. They just have canned responses to what I am telling them, and saying such things as blaming it on folder or file permissions, and saying the dll is there.

Each time I have given them the cause of the error, told them it's happening with more than one module so it's not a coding error, and even went as far as installing DotNetNuke from their crappy metropolis program under another directory on my hosting plan to yet again prove to them that it's nothing I can fix, it's an issue on their end.

I'll post back when I get any further with their high school drop out technical support.
