Is the installation of the Business card skin a manual operation?

It is for the 3.1.6 install but will be included with the next release (any day now).

Hi Mike,

I was asking about 3.1.6, I had exploded the zip on my development machine and didn't know if I could just FTP it up to the template folder for testing. I noticed that all the other existing templates have a  _sgbak sub folder. But if the new version is close I guess I can wait.

yes, you can FTP the business card skin files directly to your server. They should reside in a /DesktopModules/Repository/Templates/businesscards folder. You can look at the other templates to see what the file structure should look like..

One of the enhancements on the roadmap is a template 'uploader' to automate the uploading of Repository templates similar to the way you upload skins and containers in DNN. Not sure of the timeframe for that enhancement.
