I have what I think is a time-zone issue with my main website.
I am asking this here as it affects any token to do with dates in any repository template. They are either ignored or cause the repository elements to load outside the container. 
 
I am using the last RC release and as I know this is now in the release process I should say right away that the problem also exists with the latest UDT and prevents a ventrian module loading so this is not a repository bug.
 
Not being able to use the repository or udt is a big handicap so I would like to fix this if I can.
I have tried posting in Install It and UDT but no response, and as it now stops me from using the repository too I though I would try my luck here.
 
Problem:
Clients semi trained admin deletes the time zone property from the original installation, I do not realise and update the site to 4.55.
In this version it is no longer possible to delete the time zone property but this upgrade took place with one existing at all.
I tried to put back using the editor but putting in the old values does not seem to have worked and now its biting me again!
 
This situation might be resolved by updating to 4.8 but . . ?
I am capable of opening and poking around in the db but have no idea what to try to fix or even where to look.
