I originally installed DNN 3.22 to c:\inetpub\dotnetnuke

I changed the folder to c:\inetpub\dnn

All is working as it should except for the Repository.  It says this message:

Access to the path "C:\Inetpub\intranet\dotnetnuke\Portals\0\Repository" is denied

Note that it is referencing the old directory name.  Where is the Repository pulling this information from?

I am using version 3.18 with the Dashboard.

If you go into the Repository modules settings, you will see that where it states:

Folder for Approved Files:
Folder for Unapproved Files:
Folder for Anonymous Files:

You can edit the URLs as appropriate, click on Update and the Repository module should now be able to read the files.

Geez.  I don't know how I missed that one.  I was up/down the settings page.
