"I lkove forums.... they are so effective at support... ; )"

do I detect a touch of sarcasm??

I'm trying to help :) it's hard to provide quality free support in this disconnected medium, but it's the best option we have.

did you look at my other suggestions/questions?

- do you see Repostitory data in your search tables? ( this is a key question )
- are you searching for a single word?
- if you search for a word and get no hits, can you look at a Repository item and see that word? if so, where in the item is it? Title? Description? etc.

My aplogies.... yes there was sarcasm and I stand corrected....

As for the search tables.

SELECT * FROM [SearchItem] WHERE moduleid = 672  -- This yields data.... but the description doesnt include the entire description

SELECT * FROM [SearchItemWord] WHERE [SearchItemID] = 49879 -- 49879 is the searchitemid found in the previous statement. This select yields nothing.

I deciced to truncate the tables...

SearchWord
[SearchItemWordPosition]
SearchItemWord
SearchItem

Then I setup the schedule to run again.... after that there were words in the searchitemword table and everything was fine again.... search now works... I have no idea as to the cause of this but this was how I corrected it.

Thanks
