Is repository module from dotnetnuke a DMS?

Some requirements:

* Management of icons by file type: Allows associate an icon for each file type present on the vault 1
* Management Rename File: This option allows you to rename a file from the management interface files.
* Management of moving File: This option allows you to move files between different directories.
* Management of Multi Upload Files: This option allows you to select multiple files Uploader in storage an account

 

Quota Management: In addition to the feature "Uploader" quota management can limit the storage of files based on the maximum size of the subscription subscribed.
+ If the User is trying to create a directory or a file on its storage space while its storage quota is reached or will be exceeded, an e-mail is sent to the super administrator preventing the storage of the customer is reached, a message will appear on the screen to prevent the User , files or directories to add it is not established.
+ If the client has reached its storage limit, the button "Uploader" is more accessible to the User, he must delete files or directories on his behalf to free up storage space.
+ Safety Management URL: To increase the safety of access to documents of Users, URLs documents are only valid for users connected with the rights of access to documents.

A fear, that there is no free module fulfilling your needs, Documents, Repository and UserDefinedTable may fulfil more or less of the requirements. The most appropriate commercial module might be DMX from www.bring2mind.com.

You might want to check out DMX 3 on Snowcovered. It is now significantly marked down (as a kind of light version of DMX4) and already provides the features you seek and more.
