I am using the Business Card template where by default both Company Address and Company Tagline are required fields. I would like to make Comapny Tagline a 'not required' field.

I read in another posting that it is possible to make fields either required or not required by adding a "Required" setting to the object token in the form.xml file. I took a look and couldn't see where to do this.

Would appreciate exact instructions.

In fact I checked and all fields are 'required' in all the templates - so does anyone know how to make a field 'not required'?

For the fields that you want to make Not Required you have to find it in the form.xml file and add:

<Setting>
    <Name>Required</Name>
    <Value>False</Value>
</Setting>
