Okay then it's not a Repository problem. Log in with your Host credentials and verify that you're using DNN 4.02 and not 4.0.1 or lower.

I have also this problem with DNN 3.1.1. - I can't upload file biger than 2.5 MB.

I'm going to suggest you post this problem in the General DNN Forums. There's a better chance that someone with more experience with DNN 4 than I will see your post there.

Can you upload the same file directly using the File Manager? The Repository has no size limitations other than those imposed upon it by DNN or the .NET Framework. By default DNN's web.config limits a file being uploaded to 8MB but a change in your web.config can make virtually limitless. The other area DNN can limit you is that a portal can have storage limitations placed on it by the host. By default it's 5MB I believe. Those are a couple of places to check if you're having problems uploading.
