I also want to mention that the physical path is correct and I can see the files via FTP.

These do not look like valid file paths and names:

E:\inetpub\vhosts\MyWebsite.com\httpdocs\Portals\0\Repository\1\Join.63d12e19-5652-4463-80e2-888af36f3a7f.png
E:\inetpub\vhosts\MyWebsite.com\httpdocs\Portals\0\Repository\1\an's 17.b62a4af4-9f47-49e4-9959-3d0f4482d0d1.zip

When you look at the files in FTP are they really at those exact paths?

/httpdocs/Portals/0/Repository/

This is what I see via ftp. I see all the files there! The files show up in the repository modules but when you click on the download I get that error : file not found.

Please help.

I guess I was asking is there truly a file with this exact name?:

"Ian's 17.b62a4af4-9f47-49e4-9959-3d0f4482d0d1.zip"

If not that is of course why it would not work. Fixing the name in the database may resolve the issue.
