i want to use a module in which i want to upload file , links, images etc and also give each file a version number (1.0 , 1.1, 2.1 etc ) and also i want to match new uploading file with already uploading file so to find changes , if any change found then upload with new version number

Is Repository or any other module complete all requirements which i defined above.

Thanks

The Repository module will do all that you need except the versioning part.  It is a simple file upload/download module. You have two methods of upload to choose from, the first [FILE] will mangle the filenames so that you can upload different versions of the same file without overwriting an existing one, but it will not do any kind of comparison. Even if you upload the exact same file, you will end up with 2 files.  The second method of uploading [URLCONTROLFILE] will overwrite any existing file of the same name.
