Hi,

On my site, the syndicated RSS feed from this module is not showing changed content or deletions:

I added an item to the repository it showed up fine in the RSS feed.
I changed the item, but the feed did not change (it still showed the old version).
I deleted the item, and the feed still shows it.

I'm struggled to work out where to post this; I think it's actually a problem with the core syndication functionality rather than with The Repository module itself.  But I'm not sure where those issues should be posted. If anyone could let me know where this really should be posted, I'd appreciate it.

It appears that users of at least one other module (Announcements module) are having a similar problem:

Cheers

Chris.

How often is your search indexer job running?

Every 30 minutes. Checked the log and it has been doing it's thing.

However your question prompted me to purge the search index (I didn't realise the RSS syndication code and search functionality worked together like that), funnily enough following the advice on your page: http://weblogs.asp.net/christoc/archive/2006/06/26/DotNetNuke-Daily-Tip-_2300_3-6_2F00_26_2F00_06-Clear-Search-Tables.aspx

After re-indexing, the syndication is now in synch with the content.

Many thanks for your help - one contented customer.

Chris
