I'd like to use the repository module to post files directly to a secure database folder created under the File Manager  of DNN.  We have a nonstandard DNN installation on a webfarm with three nodes.  The way the admins have set it up is a publish/production model where we can only upload files to the publish server. I've found I can use a secure DNN folder to upload files from production using the documents module, but I haven't been able to save directly to the DB using the repository.

If I recall correctly, the repository module does NOT use the UrlControl for uploads and goes straight to the filesystem.  You would have to modify the module to get that type of functionality.

Thanks Mitch, but that's not entirely true.

If you edit your template and replace the [FILE] and [IMAGE] tokens with [URLCONTROLFILE] and [URLCONTROLIMAGE] then the module WILL use the core URL Control allowing you to select the secure storage options.

Thanks Steve Fabian! I have done all according to your recommendation. On page to load appear settings for boot from database and I successfully save file. But hereinafter pressing on reference to load the givenned file I can not. Appears the error that such file in directory does not exist. What to do for boot the file from database in module Repository?
