Can someone help me?  My splash images will not show up in my videos.   This happened after upgrading.  I am now on 04.09.05.   The page is here: http://vitasusa.com/vitas/Host/Host%2...    I did not notice this problem immediately after upgrading, so I am not positive that is the issue, but it was working before that.   I have searched for a solution off and on for a few months.  But I am afraid I am clueless.    Also I am interested in updating to a better video module, but I do not want to lose my current library.  Any advice?   And I know I should upgrade to latest DNN.  I will.  But I do not have time to do that right now.  I am not very expert, so it is a painful ordeal for me to do that safely.

Thanks

I do see a splash page, when entering www.vitasusa.com. Please be more specific about the issue. Usually video libraries are not stored in the module itself, but in the file system, i.e. if you may retrieve it inside Admin :: FileManager, any other Video Module (e.g. from Invantua or UltraGallery) should be able to play it.

Hi,   Sorry so long to answer back.   I have been ill and am just getting back to this.

There are no splash images- at least not in IE or FF.   I copied an image into the description area-that is the image you see.  But I also uploaded an image when I entered the video information.  This image used to show on top of the video frame.  Now it does not.  It is blank.  The videos play fine, but look ugly because the images do not appear.   It used to work fine.   The images are stored in the file system and should be referenced by the skin to display - but they are not displaying.

Repository skin is VideoLibrary, Repository Module version 03.01.15

The image is added during user upload.
