This problem is new. The data in the database tables is not reflected in the repository. Previously I added multiple files via ftp and had a procedure in access which updated the database. Everything worked fine until recently. All the files synchronized to the database with repository and only one of the files synchronized with access is shown in the repository. Is there a second source of data which repository reads from? Is it possible that an XML file was not updated yet? How do I get repository to recognize the files that are in the database, There is no difference in the fields filled in for the ones that show up vs the ones that don't. Is it a problem with something not being compiled? I am confused.

There is no second source, the repository get it's records from the grmRepositoryObjects table. Take a look at that table and make sure the records are in there. The filename should be one of two posible formats, "filename.[guid].ext", or "FileId=nnn", depending upon whether you are using [FILE] or [URLCONTROLFILE] tokens in your upload form. Also check the module cache value in your module settings, it should be 0. If it's greater than 0 then the records may be coming from the cache instead of the database table.
