It seems that the 'Download' link on the Repository file list page is not rendered to the client if the module cache timer is set to a non-zero value. Set the Cache Time in the Page Settings of the module to some value ( I tried 30 and 60); select update; open a browser and view the page containing the Repository module. The download links should be missing. Go back and set the Cache Time to 0 and the download links will reappear on the next page refresh. I have tried this with version Repository versions 3.1.9 and 3.1.10 on DNN 4.0.3. They both exhibit the same behaviour.

I have noticed that a lot of modules do not work correctly if Cache Time is set to a non zero value on version 4.3.3

Does anyone have any ideas on what the probem is?  If I write my own module, what has to be included to get cashetime to work?

Agreed. Caching screws stuff for some reason.
