The documentation for repository doesnt show that as an option (http://dnnrepository.codeplex.com/doc... -it does support approval to the original user who uploaded but not to any 3rd party), so it's probable that you would have to get the project team to add it or add it yourself. That module is an independent open-source module based on code that was once a part of DNN but that has been an independent module since 2005 and hasn't been shipped with DNN since 2011. The project owner put a lot of work into it, but based on the release dates from http://dnnrepository.codeplex.com/rel... it seems that they haven't had the time to do much lately, so I suspect enhancement requests are unlikely to be addressed, so if you have development skills you may be better off cloning/forking the project and adding the relevant code yourself.
