Any ideas on hoow to fix this?

I have the repository running on DNN 3.1 and have added the dash board to a page. If I try to edit the settings of the dashboard module I get:

A critical error has occurred.

Viewing the logs shows the following information:

I would really like to use this module, but can't get it to work. I have tried the same PA on 3 different DNN 3.1 installs and nothing works.

Does anyone have a clue as to why the dashboard settings errors out?

Bryan,
- Are you running DNN 3.1.0 or 3.1.1?
- What build of GRM3 are you running ( you can get the build from the "About..." action menu item on the Repository Module )
- Is the dashboard module on the same page as the repository module?

Try this sequence of events...

1) add a repository module
2) edit/save the settings of the repository module
3) add a dashboard module
4) edit the dashboard settings

Following these steps .. do you still get the same error?

Steve,

Thanks for the reply. I am running DNN 3.1.1 and GRM3 version 3.0.16.19709. I have tried the Dashboard module on the same page and on different page, still no luck.

Followed your steps, still no luck on being able to edit the dashboard settings. I even removed the module downloaded it again from your site, installed and still get the same error.

Any other thoughts or ideas?

OK... Here is what I think is happening. I installed a fresh install of DNN 3.1.1 without aking any modifications to the web config other than SQL connection. Installed the Repository module and everything works great.

Duplicated the install that I use on my live site, web config changes are SQL settings and objectqualifer. Added the Repository Module and I get the same error. It looks like it might be tied to the objectqualifer.

Any ideas or would it be possible toget the source?

Thanks again...
