Hi,

I wanted to say I think this module is Awesome!! Congrats on being added to the DNN Core!! Its my favorite of all the Download Modules I've seen for various portals. I am coming from an ASP based portal and have also used a php one in the past, and am now moving to DotNetNuke in 2 or 3 weeks. My Library will have around 700 entrys when i bring it online. I have tryed the current GRM version and love it!! Also, i think you have about every feature i could ask for listed in the roadmap!!

I do have a few things i noticed and would like to see in the upcoming version if possible:

1. The ability for the Author/File uploader to edit his own entry -- In case he made a mistake or has an upgrade.

2. A role where selected users can upload without needing to be approved. I would like to have the ability to auto assign this role if that is even possible, to users who constantly submit files to the library (lets say after 20 uploads)

3. An option to have the Updated Date changed Only when the file is updated. Currently, it seems to get changed no matter what change is made to the entry. IE.. Category move, Description Change, etc

4. The ability to tag files as New or Updated or Popular ... in the template when viewing the various listings.

My current system allows html and javascript in the template with some tokens (like GRM has) and can add a New.gif to the files less than 7 days old or Updated.gif if it has an updated date entry less than 7 days old. Popular files require a little more math to get the top 5% of the files in that category based on a downloads per day calculation.
