Hello,

is UDT 3.4.0 compatible with DNN 4.5.5?

I have installed successfully the module on my portal but when I add it on a page it gives me errors.

Thanks

DNN4.5.5 is fully supported, we are not aware of any issues.

Please post your error messages.

Hello Stefan,

We have recently upgraded from 3.2.2 to 4.5.5. Now that we have installed UDT 3.4

we are getting the following errors on a clear/new page:

User Defined Table Minimize

Visible By Administrators Only
An error has occurred.
Error: User Defined Table is currently unavailable.

An error has occurred.
Unhandled error loading module.

We have uninstalled and reinstalled UDT but the problem persists. We can't delete the module by itself from the page

because the neither the 'arrow' with the options appears nor the 'settings' button itself is visible.

We have to delete the entire page to get rid of the errors.

Any ideas?

Kynigos,

- there must be associated entries in the DotNetNuke event log with additional details

- do you know, which UDT version was installed before?

- how did you perform upgrade from DNN 3.2.2, in a single step?

- do you have issues with other modules as well?

- did you make sure, that both connection strings in web.config file are identical?

This is not relevant, UDT3.4.0 is always using the first one.
