Is there a way to store a real link, that Search Engines could follow in UDT.  When I use the URL field I always get a link to my own site with "LinkCLick" followed by the URL?  I have the need to set up some links to vendor's web sites and I want Google to recognose them, but have UDT sort them and make editing them easy.

For the moment I am using  RichText but the text alignment is very different from the other  fields. See the bottom UDT on this page to see what I mean.

UPDATE:  I endedup making all the fields Rich Text in order to align them. If I left the name and phone fields as just plain Text they were way out of vertical alignment.

Needless to say fixing this will CSS could be exciting since the whole row is the same css class and the same class as all of my DataGrids.

David,

  1. I confirm that always LinkClick is getting used for al Urls. I will discuss that in the team, I personally don't remind why we handled it this way. It feels like a bug.
  2. Alignment:
UDT doesn't set any alignment at all, neither for Rich Text or any other Column. I am not able to recognize any issue at your site. Can you please set up a demonstration page?

ad 1. LinkClick is used for all links (like in the links module and other places at the core framework) to be able to support link tracking and link logging in the future.

the issue is caused by a surrounding < p > tag for the rich text. you need either to remove it or assign the approprate style to it.
